The full-hydraulic vibratory road rollers of major manufacturers of road rollers have formed a series, and the technical level of the products has also approached the world's advanced level. In 2011, the annual sales volume of XCMG's full-hydraulic vibratory road rollers exceeded 1,000 units, and the annual sales volume of all-hydraulic vibratory road rollers from Sany Heavy Industry, Xiamen Engineering Sanzhong, Liugong Road, Luoyang Lutong and Cooltech Heavy Industry also reached 300-600 units. . Some road roller manufacturers in my country are working hard to develop fully hydraulic vibratory roller products.
At present, there are two points in the development of my country's fully hydraulic vibratory rollers that deserve our attention:
1. To correctly position the development of full hydraulic vibratory roller products
Fully hydraulic vibratory rollers can be divided into two categories: single drive and double drive according to the drive mode. When we speak of a fully hydraulic vibratory roller with advanced performance, we mean a dual-drive fully hydraulic vibratory roller, not a single-drive fully hydraulic vibratory roller. Because the advanced technical performance of the fully hydraulic vibratory roller mainly comes from its hydraulic dual drive mode. Only the distribution mass of the vibrating wheel of the double-drive full hydraulic vibratory roller can be larger than that of the mechanical vibratory roller, and its compaction capacity is generally about 2 tonnage larger than that of the mechanical vibratory roller of the same tonnage. The gradeability, driveability and passability are greatly improved compared to mechanical vibratory rollers.
Compared with the mechanical vibratory roller, the hydraulic single-drive vibratory roller is very close to the mechanical vibratory roller except for the stepless speed change and the light and flexible operation. The maximum gradeability and passability are not as good as mechanical vibratory rollers. Because when climbing the biggest grades, the relief valve in the hydraulic single-drive vibratory roller drive system usually opens before the engine power is at its maximum. The drive system of the mechanical vibratory roller does not have a relief valve, and the power of the engine can be maximized, even until the engine stalls. And the efficiency of mechanical transmission is higher than that of hydraulic transmission.
The difference in technical performance between a double-drive full-hydraulic wheel vibratory roller and a single-drive full-hydraulic wheel vibratory roller may not be obvious for a vibratory roller below 14 tons, but the larger the tonnage of the vibratory roller, the more significant the difference. Therefore, when we develop full-hydraulic wheel vibratory roller products, we should vigorously develop dual-drive full-hydraulic wheel vibratory rollers with advanced technical performance, rather than single-drive hydraulic vibratory rollers with similar performance to mechanical vibratory rollers, so as not to mislead users and cause users Misunderstandings about the advanced performance of fully hydraulic vibratory rollers.
Second, the full hydraulic vibratory roller should not continue to blindly develop in the direction of large tonnage
On the one hand, because many users believe that only the heavier the weight of the vibratory roller, the better the compaction capacity and compaction effect will be.
On the other hand, the higher the weight of the vibratory roller, the higher the price. In order to meet the needs of users and compete, the road roller manufacturers have promoted the continuous development of my country's vibratory rollers to large tonnage. The single-drum vibratory rollers in my country have grown from 18 tons, 20 tons, 22 tons, 25 tons, 27 tons, and 32 tons to 36 tons, and the double-drum vibratory rollers have also developed from 12 tons, 13 tons to 16 tons.
Some industrialized countries in the United States and Europe basically completed the construction of the expressway network at the beginning of the last century. The single-drum vibratory rollers they used at that time did not exceed 20 tons, and the double-drum vibratory rollers did not exceed 12 tons. But the quality of the highways they built is no worse than that of our country's highways. Before entering the Chinese market, the world's well-known road roller manufacturing companies did not have single-drum vibratory rollers over 20 tons and double-drum vibratory rollers over 12 tons. It can be seen that the tonnage of our existing vibratory roller products should fully meet the construction requirements. It is beyond reproach that we appropriately develop some large-tonnage vibratory roller products, but we cannot blindly develop endlessly. Because the greater the weight of the vibratory roller, the greater the resource consumption and energy consumption, the higher the construction cost. In particular, the double-drum vibratory roller is too heavy, which not only cannot improve the compaction quality, but may crush the aggregate and reduce the construction quality. There are many factors that affect the compaction capacity and compaction effect of a vibratory roller. In addition to the weight of the roller, the reasonable matching of vibration parameters, vibration mode, working speed, etc. have a great impact. We can improve the compaction capacity and compaction effect of the compression vibration compactor from other aspects. For example, construction testing results have proved that the compaction capacity and compaction effect of the 20-ton fully hydraulic single-drum vertical vibratory roller are better than those of the 32-ton mechanical single-drum vibratory roller. We should not rely solely on increasing the weight of vibratory rollers, but continue to blindly develop large-tonnage vibratory rollers to improve the compaction capacity and compaction effect of vibratory rollers.
At present, the biggest obstacle to the development of full-hydraulic vibratory rollers in my country is that the hydraulic components cannot be self-sufficient, and they can only rely on imports, and the cost is relatively high. However, with the development of my country's construction machinery industry, this situation is gradually changing. Relevant state departments attach great importance to the development of hydraulic components in my country. The "Twelfth Five-Year" Development Plan for the "Three Basics" Industry formulated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the "Implementation Plan for the Revitalization of the Machinery Basic Parts Industry" both list high-pressure hydraulic components. the top priority for development. In October 2011, the "Construction Machinery Hydraulic Collaborative Work Platform" established by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China Construction Machinery Industry Association, China Hydraulic Pneumatic Seals Industry Association and Tianjin Construction Machinery Research Institute has been established.
